Welcome to KayKay's Space! (Still mid construction, mostly paint). A detached garage turned tiny home, it's a cozy 288sq ft. We are LGTBQ+ , Cannabis Friendly and Pet Friendly! Perfect for a concert at Red Rocks or a day of hiking. We are close to it all.

New Queen bed, full kitchen with 24" stove, natural lighting, quiet + safe neighborhood. We have as much comfort as we could fit! It's your home base away from home.

Cannabis Policy:
You can smoke cannabis inside, flower and concentrates. Please be respectful and keep it clean. No tobacco. This includes blunts. If you must, please empty them outside in the dumpster. It gets everywhere. There are some devices to use but please leave them for the next guest. You can purchase accessory items through me before your arrival. Grow Tours, private dinners, shopping. I got you.

Don’t think twice, book it! Amazingly quick response, Megan is supremely personable, lots of little touches to the space that inspire self and life reflection. The fairy lights are the bombdiggity! Shower space is a great dance venue! Prepare yourself for fun!

STAY HERE! Look no further. Megan was the perfect host. Great location, lots of privacy. Cute little spot. Everything we needed was provided including a little extra! Will definitely be back.
